Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using OneTap Login for WooCommerce, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.
License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OneTap Login for WooCommerce:
- FREE version: Unlimited use on unlimited sites under GPL-2.0 license (WordPress.org requirement)
- PRO version: Proprietary license limited to the number of sites in your purchased plan
- PRO licenses are valid for 1 year from purchase date
- After 1 year, the plugin continues to work but updates/support require renewal
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use this plugin for:
- Reselling or redistributing the plugin (except FREE version under GPL)
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the code
- Spamming or malicious activities
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violating Google's Terms of Service or Identity Platform policies
Limitation of Liability
OneTap Login for WooCommerce is provided "as is" without warranties:
- No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- The plugin is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the plugin
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time:
- Cancel anytime from your Freemius account dashboard
- No refunds after 14-day guarantee period

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Badajoz, Spain

Support is provided as follows:
- FREE version: Community support via WordPress.org forums
- PRO version: Priority email support with 24-hour response time

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
